Am I eligible for the EP Protocol if my T is already high?

At baseline (pre-treatment): men whose FT is above 222 pg/mL (95% percentile) are not eligible for treatment with the Testosterone Protocol, given the likelihood that even a 3.125mg dose would raise them above the 99th percentile.
