PT141 injections are stronger but come with much more side effects, especially nausea (which most people don't find very sexy).

The research literature has numerous studies that show that it does in fact work intra-nasally, which suggests that alternative delivery vehicles do in fact work. We've found sublingual does as well using higher dosages like 2+ mg. It is a milder effect, but also has less risk of side effects, which is more optimal for daily, long-term use.
