Weight loss is important for improving the testosterone: estrogen balance. That's why as part of the Testosterone Protocol, we also provide health coaching to help members optimize their diet, exercise, sleep, & stress in order to lose weight. We find that providing pharmacological and behavioral intervention at the same time is synergistic, since the immediate increase in testosterone from the meds improves people's motivation and drive to make health behavior changes.
