While a study showed that IGF-1 levels decreased in enclomiphene users, the scientists concluded that the IGF "levels remained within the normal physiological ranges. We are uncertain as to the significance of this observation," given they did not measure the more relevant markers of HGH and IGF-binding proteins. Thus, given that IGF-1 is remaining within normal levels, it doesn't mean that this has a negative effect on health. In fact, other scientists argue that lower IGF-1 has anti-aging & anti-cancer benefits that potentially increase longevity, so we share the opinion that this finding is not of concern, especially in comparison to the clear benefits of increased testosterone.
