Enclomiphene is approved for bulk compounding as of December 12, 2023 under Section 503A of the FD&C Act by pharmacies that fall under FDA regulation and jurisdiction. All of our pharmacy partners are FDA regulated compounding pharmacies. While there is no indication that enclomiphene will be removed from this list, if the FDA were to change its ruling on enclomiphene, Maximus has additional treatment options for testosterone optimization that will become available at that time.
