Those with a pituitary adenoma will need to work with their endocrinologist to receive the Maximus treatment (Enclomiphene). In the setting of an adenoma, in-person management by an endocrinologist is necessary. They are the experts in this setting and you cannot bypass them and be treated with hormone-modulating therapy if they have declined this. You can seek a second opinion from another endocrinologist - however, this type of management needs to be done in person.
