Oral TRT poses the least risk of testicular or fertility shutdown, followed by topical TRT and finally injectable TRT. The higher suppression of topical TRT requires higher dosing of enclomiphene compared to oral TRT. With injectable TRT, enclomiphene will only help with testicular size (not a guarantee), and hCG will work better.
