If you have already been on GLP-1 treatment for at least a month, whether with Maximus or another provider, this option is not for you.
Access Instructions
To access the GLP-1 + GIP medications, navigate to the payment page in the Maximus platform. Once there:
Proceed to the payment page.
Select the 'Change Products' option.
From this menu, you can view and select the GLP-1 product.
The starter pack includes medication for the first three dose titrations only. This typically means 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, and 1 mg of GLP-1. Your provider may make small adjustments within this range. The goal is to offer a safe, affordable, and personalized start to your GLP-1 Journey. If you are already on higher doses, or if you started treatment at a mid-range dose like 0.5 mg of GLP-1 medication, the Starter Pack is not a fit. You will be placed on the standard plan, which is competitively priced and designed for ongoing treatment.
