For patients transitioning from TRT to enclomiphene, you do not need to wait 2 weeks to do your baseline lab test. Ideally, you would complete the labs before administering your TRT on the same day. Once your results are available, you can send them to us. Switching from TRT to enclomiphene does not necessitate coming off to qualify.
