ENCLOMIPHENE (Non-TRT)

You are allowed to use your own lab by opting-out for BYOL (Bring Your Own Labs) as long as the following markers are present:

Hormone Markers:

  • Total Testosterone

  • SHBG and/or Free Testosterone

  • Luteinizing Hormone (LH)

Optional but recommended:

  • Estradiol

  • Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)

Other Criteria:

  • The sample must have been collected within the last six months.

  • The sample must have been collected at least two weeks after discontinuation of the following: Anabolic Steroids, SARMs, SERMS, or Aromatase Inhibitors.

    • For patients transitioning from injectable TRT to enclomiphene, you do not need to wait 2 weeks to do your baseline lab test. Ideally, you would complete the labs before administering your TRT on the same day. Once your results are available, you can send them to us. Switching from injectable TRT to enclomiphene does not necessitate coming off to qualify.

ORAL TRT

To submit your own lab work, please ensure that the lab panel includes the following:

Hormone Markers:

  • Total Testosterone/

  • SHBG and/or Free Testosterone

  • Luteinizing Hormone (LH)

Metabolic Function Markers:

  • Hematocrit

  • Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA)

Optional but Recommended:

  • Estradiol

  • Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)

Other Criteria:

  • The sample must have been collected within the last six months.

  • The sample must have been collected at least two weeks after discontinuation of the following: Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), Anabolic Steroids, SARMs, SERMS, or Aromatase Inhibitors.

For TRT, if you able to provide only select markers, you are encouraged to do so. We will order you a more limited at-home test kit, which will lower the price of at-home testing to you and allow you to onboard faster.

It is common for hematrocrit to be collected as part of a complete blood count (CBC) as part of a regular check-in with your doctor so be sure to check any lab work you have available already.

By uploading your results and clicking “Use my own lab” you attest your baseline lab work meets the criteria outlined above, and agree to use the same lab vendor and panel for follow-up testing.

Once uploaded, a member of the Maximus clinical team will review your lab work within 2 business days to ensure lab criteria are met. If lab criteria are not met you will be contacted by a member of the concierge team.

Press ‘Choose’ to browse and select your lab work file from your device.
