ENCLOMIPHENE/PREGNENOLONE

You are allowed to use your own lab by opting-out for BYOL (Bring Your Own Labs) as long as the following markers are present:

  • Total Testosterone

  • SHBG and/or Free Testosterone

  • Estradiol

  • Luteinizing Hormone (LH)

  • Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)

  • Labs should be within 6 months.

  • The sample must have been collected at least two weeks after discontinuation of the following: Anabolic Steroids, SARMs, SERMS, or Aromatase Inhibitors.

    • For patients transitioning from injectable TRT to enclomiphene, you do not need to wait 2 weeks to do your baseline lab test. Ideally, you would complete the labs before administering your TRT on the same day. Once your results are available, you can send them to us. Switching from injectable TRT to enclomiphene does not necessitate coming off to qualify.
