Research shows that 75% of patients show improvements in sexual function on SERMs. At higher dosages, SERMs (such as Enclomiphene) can decrease libido through estrogen receptor blockage. This is why we start on low dosages and use titration; up/down, to maximize benefit and minimize side effects.
