We are not aware of any reports of significant visual or cardiac side effects with enclomiphene, as it lacks the zuclomiphene isomer that clomiphene contains, which is likely responsible for these issues.

In contrast, enclomiphene is generally well tolerated with side effects occurring relatively rarely (listed on our website). Of note, researchers noted “overall, there was no evidence of drug toxicity and rates of adverse events were not significantly different from placebo.”
