Enclomiphene when taken orally is metabolized by the liver, though we have newer sublingual tablets that bypass liver metabolism as well.
Enclomiphene is not known to adversely affect kidney function and having one kidney is not a contraindication to our program, but I would check with your urologist first for clearance.
