We have patients discontinue TRT for at least 2 weeks (longer if using a longer-acting form) to eliminate TRT from your system before starting the Maximus EP Protocol (Enclomiphene + Pregnenelone), in order to have a clean/accurate 'before' lab test. Obviously, you will have temporarily lower levels coming off of TRT. As soon as you start the Maximus EP Protocol and as long as your testicles are functioning properly, you should see restoration in the natural production of your own testosterone, and our physician can work with you to find the right dosage for you over time.
