Tirzepatide Microdosing β€” Dosage, Schedule, and Pricing

Updated yesterday

What it is: The microdosing plan is a 10-week program with a fixed weekly dose of 1 mg tirzepatide (0.1 mL / 10 units), administered as a once-weekly subcutaneous injection. The dose does not escalate during the 10 weeks.

What's included: Medication, syringes, and alcohol swabs β€” shipped directly from the pharmacy.

Cost: $249–$250, collected upfront

After 10 weeks: You can purchase another 10-week supply to continue. Your clinician determines whether continuing microdosing or transitioning to a standard plan is appropriate.

Can the dose be adjusted? No. The microdosing plan is a fixed protocol β€” no dose escalation during the 10-week period.

Standard dosing is also available. On the standard plan, dose adjustments can be made in consultation with your clinician based on your individual response.
