All monthly Maximus Protocol purchases are subscription-based with your billing cycle occurring every 30 days.

You must complete your monthly intake questionnaire in order to receive your next order, however, the monthly subscription charge is not contingent upon you completing your intake questionnaire. Unless you cancel your subscription (via or your dashboard or by contacting Customer Support), you will continue to get charged regardless of whether you complete your intake questionnaire.

If you've pre-paid into our multi-month plans, they renew at the same multi-month pre-paid commitment unless canceled or changed prior to renewal.

If you purchased a multi-month savings plan (where the commitment is billed monthly, instead of paid upfront), this is a contract for the full term of the plan (3, 6, or 12 months) and cannot be canceled until the full term amount has been paid. These plans will also automatically renew unless a cancellation request is submitted before the next billing cycle.
