All Maximus Protocol purchases are subscription-based. Your billing cycle frequency depends on your subscription type.
Billing Cycle Frequency
Monthly Subscription:
Billing occurs every month (every 30 days)
Quarterly Subscription (3-month plan):
Billing occurs every quarter (every 3 months)
Yearly Subscription (12-month plan):
Billing occurs yearly (every 12 months)
Monthly Medical Questionnaire Requirement
Important: You must complete your monthly medical questionnaire in order to receive your next order.
However, the subscription charge is not contingent upon completing your medical questionnaire. Unless you cancel your subscription (via your dashboard), you will continue to be charged regardless of whether you complete your medical questionnaire.

Multi-Month Pre-Paid Plans
If you've pre-paid into our multi-month plans, they renew at the same multi-month pre-paid commitment unless canceled or changed prior to renewal.
Multi-Month Savings Plans (Monthly Billing)
If you purchased a multi-month savings plan where the commitment is billed monthly instead of paid upfront:
Contract Terms:
This is a contract for the full term of the plan (3, 6, or 12 months)
Cannot be canceled until the full term amount has been paid
These plans will automatically renew unless a cancellation request is submitted before the next billing cycle
Example: If you enrolled in a 3-month savings plan with monthly billing, you are committed to paying for all 3 months even if you want to cancel before the term ends.

Note: Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing cycle to avoid charges. Multi-month savings plans cannot be canceled until the full contract term is complete.
