We don't have a pause feature yet, but you can temporarily cancel your account by:
Log in to your account at: https://app.maximustribe.com/
Go to Settings
Cancel Account.
Then when you're ready to start again and reactivate it, you can:
Log back in
Go to Settings
Resume Account and fill out the refill questionnaire.
If you're on one of our multi-month plans, you can simply delay completing your monthly medical intake questionnaire in order to ‘pause’ fulfillment of your medications.
Please know while the account is temporarily canceled, you will not incur any charges or be shipped any medications until reactivation.
Additionally, your Maximus account will be locked while your account is temporarily canceled, however, you will still be able to view your Elation Passport Portal.
