How do I request an advance medication due to travel?

We typically require 10 BUSINESS DAYS NOTICE to ensure we're able to accommodate your request. Outside of this time frame, we will do our best to assist you but cannot guarantee your order will be delivered on or prior to the date requested as we are at the mercy of the fulfillment times of our pharmacy partners.

Please directly message your doctor at the earliest time via the Messages section of your Dashboard with any advance prescription/medication requests. Let them know the date you will need it by and if approved they will send it in for you ahead of your next refill questionnaire.
