Where is my order?

Each month of service involves a series of steps that are required to receive your order.

If you are on your first month of service.

Your first month of service begins with an intake questionnaire and bloodwork (EP Protocol, TRT+ Protocol). You can either upload your own results or opt to receive one of our at-home lab kits. At-home lab kit fulfillment typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive at your door.

Once we receive your questionnaire and lab results, they are reviewed by your Maximus clinician within 24 hours to 48 hours, who then sends your prescription to the pharmacy if you qualify. Pharmacy fulfillment times range from 3-5 business days from the day your pharmacy received your prescription. Once the pharmacy fulfills the order, an email with tracking information will be sent to you within 24 hours. All orders include free priority shipping.

If you are on your second month of service.

Your second month of service is identical to your first, with bloodwork being required around your 30th dose and the intake questionnaire being triggered 18 days after you receive your first order.

If you are past two months of service.

All subsequent months begin with the intake questionnaire and do not require bloodwork (Unless on the TRT+ Protocol in which Month 3 labs are required). The intake questionnaire is emailed to you and can also be accessed via your Maximus dashboard.

***Important*** Your Maximus clinician does not write your next prescription until after you've completed your intake questionnaire. Failing to complete your questionnaire means you will still be charged but won't receive medication.

If it has been more than 7 business days since you completed your intake questionnaire and you have not received your tracking number, please reach out to our support team.
