What To Do If HSA/FSA Is Being Rejected

There was a recent change in Maximus Merchant Category Code (MCC) in Stripe which has caused some FSA/HSA plans to not automatically accept charges for Maximus’ services. Maximus is working hard to resolve this as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you may share your receipt directly with your benefits provider for possible reimbursement. If you're unable to locate your receipt, simply contact our support team via chat on the website www.maximustribe.com and we would be happy to resend it/generate one for you.
