Maximus Has a New EMR (And a Better Way for You to Reach Us)

We've upgraded our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to enhance how our clinical team provides your care. This new system means a simpler, more direct way for you to message your doctor and the Maximus team.


What happened to my Elation access?

You no longer need to log into Elation Passport to message your Maximus clinical team. We've integrated secure messaging directly into your Maximus Dashboard. All your previous messages from Elation will now appear in your Maximus Dashboard for easy access.

How do I contact my doctor or the Maximus clinical team?

You can now send secure messages directly from your Maximus Dashboard.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Log in to your Maximus Dashboard.

  2. You'll see a new messaging option available.

  3. Choose who you want to contact:

    • Clinical Team: For medical questions related to your care plan, prescriptions, lab results, side effects, or treatment adjustments.

      • Examples: "Can I adjust my injection schedule next month?" or "My labs came back - can you review them with me?"

    • Customer Support: For non-medical questions about your subscription, shipments, billing, or your account.

      • Examples: "I need to update my shipping address" or "I have a billing question."

By selecting the correct team, you'll ensure you get the fastest and most accurate response.


Do I need to do anything?

No action is required on your part. The new messaging option will be available in your Maximus Dashboard the next time you log in.


Why did Maximus switch EMR systems?

Our new HIPAA-compliant EMR system allows our clinical team to operate more efficiently, leading to faster, more coordinated care for you. While you won't interact with the EMR directly, it significantly improves our internal processes and your ability to connect with us.
