Enclomiphene plans are available as standalone or combined with TRT or blood-flow medications (Tadalafil, Vardenafil). Below: available plans, current pricing, add-ons, and how to manage or upgrade your subscription.
Plan durations
Enclomiphene subscriptions are available in three durations:
1-month
3-month (billed monthly)
12-month (billed monthly)
The 3-month and 12-month plans are priced at the same per-month rate, which is lower than the 1-month rate.

Switching or upgrading
Switching between Enclomiphene-only and TRT-based plans is possible. A few rules apply:
Switching to a plan that includes TRT requires baseline lab testing and a new video consultation ($20 charge). Lab work is billed separately.
Adding a new medication (for example, adding Tadalafil to a standalone Enclomiphene plan) requires clinician approval before the subscription is updated.
Plan changes take effect at your next refill. Submit your request before your refill date to avoid delays.
To upgrade or change your plan:
Message your prescribing clinician through your Maximus portal to request approval for any new medication.
Once approved, contact Maximus support so they can update your billing and subscription details.
Combination plan pricing notes
Some combinations include medications at no extra charge. For example, adding Tadalafil to an Enclomiphene plan does not change the subscription price — the rate stays the same as standalone Enclomiphene. This applies only when Tadalafil is added to Enclomiphene; if Tadalafil is prescribed standalone (Blood Flow protocol), it's billed at its regular price.

Managing overlapping subscriptions
If you start a combined plan (for example, Enclomiphene + Tadalafil + Vardenafil) while you still have an active standalone subscription (the Blood Flow plan for Tadalafil + Vardenafil), the standalone plan does not automatically cancel.
To avoid duplicate billing, contact support to suspend or cancel any overlapping subscriptions.
Account credits
Account credits from previous protocols can be applied to new plans. Contact support for details on how credits apply to your specific situation.
