Name-brand GLP-1s are offered on monthly plans only. There are no multi-month prepay options for branded medications at this time. All plans are billed one month at a time.

Every name-brand product includes a $100 first-month discount. Starting with your second month, the standard ongoing monthly rate applies.

No membership fees. Maximus does not charge a separate membership fee for name-brand access. The price you see is the all-in price — medication, clinical oversight, and shipping.

Mounjaro is prescribed off-label for weight management at Maximus. Zepbound is the primary tirzepatide product line for new patients.

Ozempic is prescribed off-label for weight management at Maximus. Wegovy is the primary semaglutide product line for new patients.

Compounded semaglutide starts at $149.99 for the first month and $249.99/month ongoing. Compounded tirzepatide starts at $259.99 for the first month and $359.99/month ongoing — with lower per-month rates available on 4, 6, and 12-month prepay plans.

Why does my dose tier affect price on name brand but not on compounded? Branded medication costs vary significantly by dose, so flat-rate pricing isn't possible across the branded line. Your subscription tier controls which doses are accessible, and your provider will guide any tier changes.

Will my price change if I titrate up? It depends on whether your new dose falls into a higher pricing tier. If it does, you'll see a prompt to upgrade your subscription and confirm before anything changes — no surprise charges.

Can I use insurance? Maximus does not accept insurance. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

Is there a membership fee? No. Maximus does not charge a membership fee for name-brand GLP-1 access.
