If you choose to have your labs done at a LabCorp facility, through your Primary Care Physician, or at a local lab, please let us know. We can prepare the lab order, have it signed by your Maximus doctor, and you can take it to the lab of your choice for your blood test.

*Please note that LabCorp is billed on an out-of-pocket basis. This means you will be responsible for any costs associated with the testing and blood draw.*
