Unfortunately, we cannot speak to the regulatory logistics of shipping liquid blood across international borders. We are not currently set up to support international cross border shipment of the Tasso liquid collection device and we assume that the sample would get flagged in customs even if a participant paid for shipping out of pocket.
We recommend that participants wait to perform their collection until they are back in the United States.
If you need to get your lab test done, you can consider using a facility outside the U.S. Just make sure that all the necessary panels are available.

Once you have the result, you can always upload it to your Elation Passport Portal by:
1. Login to your Elation Passport Account
2. Select 'New Message' (at the bottom of the page in orange)
3. Use the drop-down to 'Select a Category'
4. Choose Lab or Other Test Results
5. Click on 'Add Attachment'
6. Select the File & Choose 'Open'
