No, fasting is not necessary for your lab work.
The optimal time for testing is in the morning, typically between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. While this is the standard recommendation, consistency matters more than the exact time. Before any lab draw, ensure you're well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water.

Timing Guidelines for Follow-Up Labs
Enclomiphene
Schedule your test in the morning, ideally between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. The timing of your last dose doesn't affect the results.
Oral TRT
Take your morning dose around 8:00 AM with at least 30 grams of fat from whole foods (such as eggs, Greek yogurt, or nuts). Complete your lab work 3-4 hours later, between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Topical TRT
Apply your dose at 8:00 AM, then complete your lab work approximately 4 hours later, around 12:00 PM.
Injectable TRT (Twice Weekly)
You can test at any time before your next scheduled injection. For example, if you inject on Mondays and Fridays at 8:00 AM, you could test on Thursday morning (before your Friday dose) or Sunday (before your Monday dose).
