This article covers the prescription, refill, and shipping workflow for Sermorelin. For information on how Sermorelin works, what to expect on treatment, side effects, and storage, see Sermorelin Protocol: Patient Guide.
Prescription fulfillment
Once your clinician determines that Sermorelin is appropriate:
Your prescription is sent to a licensed partner pharmacy
The pharmacy prepares your formulation
Your order is shipped to your verified address
Tracking details are provided in your Maximus portal
Processing times may vary depending on pharmacy volume and location.
Shipping and tracking
Most orders ship through standard carriers. You'll typically receive a shipping confirmation, tracking information, and delivery updates in your portal.
If tracking appears delayed or stalled, contact Maximus support to review the status and coordinate next steps.
For more details on shipping timelines and tracking, see Prescription Fulfillment & Shipping.
Renewals
Renewals are based on clinician evaluation. Your clinician may request symptom check-ins, treatment updates, and lab work when appropriate. This ensures the protocol remains safe and aligned with your goals.
State availability
Sermorelin prescribing depends on your physical location at the time of care. Your clinician can only prescribe in states where they are licensed. If you move or travel, update your address in your portal and complete any required verification steps. Your account will reflect your current eligibility.
Damaged or compromised shipments
If your medication arrives damaged or appears outside expected condition, do not use it. Contact Maximus support to coordinate a replacement. For storage and temperature guidance, see the Patient Guide.
