The lab recommends arranging a pickup or drop-off on the same day you collect the blood sample to ensure the sample's stability. Please complete the test in the morning if it's for your baseline test. If you're already on the EP Protocol, take the test one hour after taking your medication. For those on the Oral TRT+ Protocol, the test should be taken four hours after medication.

For the best results, please send the test kit back from Monday to Thursday. If the lab is unable to process the results, we will contact you to arrange a replacement test kit.
