1. Login to your Elation Passport Account

2. Select 'New Message' (at bottom of page in orange)

3. Use the drop down to 'Select a Category'

4. Choose Lab or Other Test Results

5. Click on 'Add Attachment'

6.Select the File & Choose 'Open'
