How to Order Your Lab Kit
To order your testosterone lab kit:

Make sure your shipping address in your Maximus account is up-to-date — kits are shipped to that address.Navigate to Lab Testing:
From your dashboard menu, select the Lab Testing section.Select and Purchase the Kit:
You’ll see the Testosterone Test Kit priced at $99.99. Click Purchase to place your order.
Once ordered, your kit will be prepared and shipped directly to you. Lab kits should arrive within 3-7 business days; tracking information will be provided when available.
