Billing model

Maximus is a cash-pay clinic. Insurance is not accepted.

Charges may include:

  • Membership fees

  • Clinician evaluations

  • Labs

  • Medications (when prescribed)


Subscription billing

Billing occurs on a recurring cycle based on your selected plan. Charges may continue even if onboarding steps are incomplete.

You can manage your subscription through your dashboard.


HSA / FSA

Many HSA/FSA providers allow payment for telehealth services, labs, and eligible medications. Coverage depends on your individual plan.

Support can provide:

  • Itemized invoices

  • Receipts

  • Treatment summaries


Refunds and cancellations

Most medical services, labs, and prescription medications are non-refundable. Exceptions are rare and determined on a case by case basis.

Cancel before your renewal date to avoid future charges.


Updating payment information

You can update your payment method in your dashboard at any time. Changes apply to future charges.
