How shipping works

Once your prescription is approved:

  • It’s sent to a partner pharmacy

  • The pharmacy prepares your medication

  • The order ships to your verified address


Tracking information

Tracking details appear:

  • In your patient portal

  • In shipment confirmation emails (if enabled)

Fin can’t view real-time carrier tracking.


Typical delivery timelines

Shipping timelines vary based on:

  • Medication type

  • Pharmacy location

  • Carrier delays

Most shipments arrive within standard carrier timeframes.


Delivery issues

If your package is:

  • Delayed

  • Damaged

  • Marked delivered but missing

Contact the carrier first, then reach out to Support if needed.


Address restrictions

Some pharmacies cannot ship to:

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • International locations

PO Box eligibility depends on the carrier.
