Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to fast before collecting? Yes. Collect your sample in the morning before eating or drinking anything.

Why is morning testing recommended? Testosterone levels peak early in the day, providing the most consistent and accurate baseline for analysis.

Why ship the same day? Delays in transit can degrade sample quality. Same-day shipping ensures the lab receives your sample in optimal condition.

What happens if I mail my sample on a Friday? Labs typically don't process samples over the weekend, which can compromise results. Always ship Monday–Thursday.
