Why am I receiving blood test notifications?
Blood test notifications are automated reminders to help you complete required lab work at the right time during your treatment. They are a standard part of the Maximus process.
I already completed my blood test — why am I still getting reminders?
Automated notifications may not update immediately. If your doctor has confirmed receipt of your results, you can disregard the reminder. Notifications may continue until your results have been reviewed by your provider.
Where do I view my lab results?
Once your results have been reviewed, they will be available in your Maximus portal.
Why am I getting blood test notifications before I've even started my medication?
For some treatments, including injectable TRT, automated notifications are triggered as part of the standard process even if there are delays in starting your medication. This is expected.
Are annual labs required even if I recently had bloodwork done?
Yes. Annual labs are required regardless of recent tests and are a mandatory part of ongoing treatment monitoring.
What if I didn't receive a confirmation for my blood test order?
You should receive an email confirmation the same day. If you don't, please contact our support team for an update.
