You can reach your doctor anytime by signing in to your dashboard and clicking the envelope icon in the top right corner.
To respond to an existing message: click the message, then click Reply at the bottom.
To send a new message: click New Message, select Medical Question, choose a relevant topic, and type your message. When you're ready, click Send - that's it!
